Begner at Industrimässorna Öresund

On May 22, our CEO Patrik Fredriksson participated in a panel discussion at Industrimässorna Öresund in Malmö, focusing on on demand manufacturing, 3D printing, and how the industry can become more resilient, sustainable, and competitive.

The discussion was part of the On Demand 2033 initiative, where various stakeholders shared experiences and perspectives on how demand-driven, local production can strengthen Swedish industry. The panel also included representatives from Sustainable Steel Region, Paper Province, Ivaldi Group, and KSB Sverige AB.

Begner contributed to the discussion based on our focus on WAAM as a Service, in collaboration with our partner GEFERTEC – a leading player in Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing. By combining this technology with the right business models and industrial solutions, we see great potential to meet the demand for spare parts – exactly when needed.
