New Sales Engineer at Begner

We’re pleased to welcome Erik Bröms to the Begner team! Erik will work primarily with sales of technical solutions from suppliers such as GEFERTEC and NOBAG – areas where we continue to grow our role as a Nordic partner for future-ready industries. With solid experience in industrial sales, a strong interest in technology, and a passion for long-term customer relationships, Erik is a valuable addition to our team.

We asked Erik a few quick questions after his first week:

Hi Erik! How has your first week at Begner been?
It’s been full speed! This first week was mostly about getting familiar with internal systems and workflows. I’ve gotten a good overview of our suppliers and partners – on both the measurement and industry sides – and have already made a few calls to customers ahead of an upcoming event in Karlskoga. I also had a great first contact with GEFERTEC, which will be one of my key focus areas. And I’ve been warmly welcomed by everyone on the team!

Can you tell us a bit about your background?
I started in the warehouse at Ejendals, where I got into sales by ordering glove samples and selling them at the local market in Rättvik. From there, I’ve worked at several leading companies with strong brands – mostly B2B sales toward industrial customers and resellers.

What was it about Begner that appealed to you?
I enjoy technical sales and GEFERTEC’s innovative  technology is a perfect match for me. It’s exciting to be part of Begner’s next step in becoming the leading machine supplier in the Nordics within our segment. And I’m especially happy to now be based in Falun, with real office life and colleagues – much better than working from home!

What drives you in your work?
Seeing results from well-executed activities – and building strong customer relationships that lead to profitable, long-term business. I also enjoy a good team spirit, where everyone does their part and we succeed together.

What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities and look forward to winter here in Falun with great skiing and skating opportunities. I also spend time at my simple cabin in the woods. And if anyone around here likes tennis – let me know, I’m up for a match!
