The Vernet Behringer HDL provides efficient profile machining with drilling, milling, marking, and tapping in one compact system. Manual measuring, tracing, and scribing are eliminated through direct CAD/DSTV import and CNC positioning. While the machine operates, the next program can be prepared in parallel (pendulum mode).

The HDL integrates fast and silent layout marking with the exclusive V-scoring system – markings remain clear even after painting or galvanising and no compressed air is required. Secure clamping with repositionable pneumatic clamps enables precise milling operations. The user-friendly software suite allows powerful import and easy programming with full 3D visualisation.
