The Vernet Behringer HDS lines are specially designed for drilling, milling, and marking rectangular tubes and profiles from 40 × 40 mm up to 1,000 × 300 mm sections. They can be combined with a band saw and/or a shearing unit, offering unique versatility on the market.

• Maximise the use of your machine
  Suitable for processing small angles (especially with the optional shears), square tubes from 40 × 40 mm, and H-profiles up to 700 mm in width or more. Also suitable for processing steel profile systems for doors and windows.
• Avoid manual tasks
  Perform slot milling, free shape processing, and flange notching automatically. The CNC-controlled clamping system with 150 mm stroke ensures secure workpiece clamping, longer tool life, and optimal performance.
• Lowest wear
  The machine’s robust design minimises vibrations and guarantees maximum tool life and durability of all components. Machine lifetime is significantly extended.
• Monitor your production
  User-friendly and powerful software suite for bar stock optimisation, part import and programming, adding coding and slinging info, and managing scrap. Connect your machine directly to your ERP system.
• Identify your parts and indicate assembly positions
  With the exclusive V-scoring system – extremely fast, silent, and cost-efficient. Markings remain clearly visible even after painting or galvanising.
